如圖7-8 所(suo)示,以(yi)全封閉往復式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)的空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)源熱(re)(re)泵冷(leng)(leng)(leng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)機(ji)組(zu)為(wei)例。在空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)源熱(re)(re)泵機(ji)組(zu)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)運行時(shi).壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)吸入(ru)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)分離器中(zhong)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti),經(jing)(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮增(zeng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)后(hou)排出高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti),經(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)四通(tong)換向(xiang)閥至(zhi)(zhi)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)側換熱(re)(re)器,在空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)側換熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)經(jing)(jing)風機(ji)使空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)循環(huan)帶走熱(re)(re)量(liang),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)為(wei)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti).經(jing)(jing)大分液(ye)(ye)(ye)頭匯集后(hou),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)單(dan)向(xiang)閥組(zu)中(zhong)的一個(ge)單(dan)向(xiang)閥流(liu)入(ru)貯(zhu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器,此時(shi)若有未(wei)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)則(ze)充于貯(zhu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器頂部。液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)又(you)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)貯(zhu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器底部,經(jing)(jing)干燥過(guo)(guo)濾器后(hou)去(qu)除水(shui)(shui)分和雜(za)質,再經(jing)(jing)視液(ye)(ye)(ye)鏡至(zhi)(zhi)膨脹閥,高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)經(jing)(jing)膨脹閥節(jie)流(liu)后(hou)減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹變為(wei)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti),經(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)單(dan)向(xiang)閥組(zu)中(zhong)一個(ge)單(dan)向(xiang)閥和小分液(ye)(ye)(ye)頭后(hou)均勻進入(ru)水(shui)(shui)側板式(shi)換熱(re)(re)器中(zhong),制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)在換熱(re)(re)器套管內(nei)吸熱(re)(re)汽化,而套管外(wai)的水(shui)(shui)被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que),達到(dao)使用要(yao)求。 低(di)壓氣(qi)體從換(huan)熱器(qi)中(zhong)出來,經四(si)通換(huan)向閥(fa)后到(dao)氣(qi)液分離器(qi)中(zhong),經氣(qi)液分離器(qi)至(zhi)壓縮機(ji)氣(qi)口.保證回壓縮機(ji)的流(liu)體全部為氣(qi)體.至(zhi)此.完成一個制冷(leng)循環。 在空氣(qi)(qi)源熱泵(beng)機組制(zhi)熱運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),壓(ya)(ya)縮機吸入氣(qi)(qi)液分離器(qi)中低壓(ya)(ya)制(zhi)冷劑氣(qi)(qi)體,經壓(ya)(ya)縮增壓(ya)(ya)后排出高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體,經過四通換向閥至水(shui)側板(ban)式(shi)換熱器(qi),在水(shui)側板(ban)式(shi)換熱器(qi)中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體放(fang)熱冷卻為(wei)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)液體,而套管外的(de)水(shui)被(bei)加熱,達(da)到(dao)使(shi)用要求。 高(gao)壓(ya)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)經(jing)(jing)小分(fen)(fen)液(ye)(ye)(ye)頭匯集(ji)后,通過單向(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)組(zu)中一(yi)(yi)個(ge)單向(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)流人貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器.此(ci)(ci)時若有(you)未冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)則充于貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器頂部(bu)。液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)從貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器底部(bu)經(jing)(jing)干(gan)燥過濾器后去除水分(fen)(fen)和雜質,再經(jing)(jing)視(shi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)鏡后至膨脹閥(fa)(fa),高(gao)壓(ya)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)經(jing)(jing)膨脹閥(fa)(fa)后減壓(ya)膨為(wei)低(di)壓(ya)的制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti),經(jing)(jing)過單向(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)組(zu)中一(yi)(yi)個(ge)單向(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)和大分(fen)(fen)液(ye)(ye)(ye)頭后均勻地進(jin)入空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)側(ce)換熱(re)器,制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)在(zai)換熱(re)器銅管(guan)(guan)內(nei)吸熱(re)汽(qi)化(hua),而銅管(guan)(guan)外由風機使(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)循環,提供(gong)熱(re)源,低(di)壓(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)在(zai)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)側(ce)換熱(re)器中汽(qi)化(hua)后經(jing)(jing)四通閥(fa)(fa)到氣(qi)(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)分(fen)(fen)離器中,經(jing)(jing)企業分(fen)(fen)離器至壓(ya)縮機吸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口,保證(zheng)回壓(ya)縮機的流體(ti)(ti)(ti)全部(bu)為(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti),至此(ci)(ci),完成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)制(zhi)熱(re)循環。 應(ying)用(yong)螺桿(gan)壓縮機或其他(ta)類(lei)型壓縮機的空氣源(yuan)熱(re)泵機組的工作原理和(he)制冷(leng)劑(ji)流程與上述過程基本一致。 |
