泳池(chi)(chi)除濕(shi)熱(re)(re)泵的工(gong)作原理:泳池(chi)(chi)熱(re)(re)泵將(jiang)(jiang)室內游(you)泳池(chi)(chi)蒸(zheng)發到(dao)(dao)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)的水(shui)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(空(kong)氣(qi)潛熱(re)(re))回收利用(yong)起來,首先通過熱(re)(re)泵將(jiang)(jiang)室內潮(chao)濕(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)(回風)降(jiang)低溫度至(zhi)露(lu)點,使(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)的水(shui)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)凝(ning)結(jie)成(cheng)水(shui),使(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)干燥達到(dao)(dao)除濕(shi)的效果,并放(fang)出熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)。其次將(jiang)(jiang)放(fang)出的熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)轉移給泳池(chi)(chi)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)(re)和(he)即將(jiang)(jiang)返回室內的空(kong)氣(qi)(增加(jia)空(kong)氣(qi)的顯熱(re)(re));最終(zhong)將(jiang)(jiang)多余的熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)通過室外冷(leng)凝(ning)器排(pai)至(zhi)室外,實(shi)現了室內泳池(chi)(chi)池(chi)(chi)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)(re)、空(kong)氣(qi)除濕(shi)的目的。


泳(yong)池(chi)(chi)除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)的同(tong)時可將一部分(fen)熱(re)量(liang)轉移到加(jia)熱(re)池(chi)(chi)水(shui)中。國外資料(liao)表明,私人游泳(yong)池(chi)(chi)的產(chan)濕(shi)(shi)量(liang)為(wei)(wei):每(mei)平(ping)方米(mi)水(shui)面面積0.10-0.15kg/h.m2 ,再加(jia)上每(mei)人0.40-0.50kg/h。每(mei)平(ping)方米(mi)水(shui)面每(mei)年產(chan)生(sheng)的水(shui)蒸氣約為(wei)(wei)1t,每(mei)噸水(shui)蒸氣相當熱(re)量(liang)約為(wei)(wei)700KW.h。為(wei)(wei)除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)所需(xu)的通風量(liang)約為(wei)(wei)25-40m3/m2.h。泳(yong)池(chi)(chi)除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)熱(re)泵除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)加(jia)熱(re)過程(cheng)可以從h-d圖上作圖說明(見(jian)圖2)。

傳統除(chu)(chu)濕,室內(nei)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)狀態(tai)點(dian)(dian)(dian)P(假定28℃、φ=50%)與新風點(dian)(dian)(dian)A(假定+5℃、φ=90%)混合(he),混合(he)點(dian)(dian)(dian)M,再由M點(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)到E點(dian)(dian)(dian)(46℃、φ=13%),加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)過程所需(xu)熱(re)(re)(re)量為(wei)QC;熱(re)(re)(re)泵(beng)除(chu)(chu)濕,由于(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)泵(beng)吸取P狀態(tai)下空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)的熱(re)(re)(re)量,使空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)降溫降濕至(zhi)K點(dian)(dian)(dian)(假定10℃、φ=80%),再用冷凝熱(re)(re)(re)將(jiang)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)至(zhi)E點(dian)(dian)(dian)(送風狀態(tai)),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)的得熱(re)(re)(re)量為(wei)(hE-hK)×Vγ=Qhp。設(she)熱(re)(re)(re)泵(beng)的能(neng)效比COP=3.8,則熱(re)(re)(re)泵(beng)實際耗電量僅為(wei)0.263Qhp。如Qhp>QC,則熱(re)(re)(re)泵(beng)的制(zhi)熱(re)(re)(re)量除(chu)(chu)了加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)外,還可以有多余(yu)的熱(re)(re)(re)量,來加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)池水。
